$140 between 800am – 600pm, Mondays – Fridays
$180 all other times, including weekends and public holidays
A Medicare rebate ($110.80) is available for residents who live in a telehealth eligible area provided that we have a GP referral and the patient has a Medicare card.
What is a telehealth eligible area ? Medicare defines it as any area outside of a major city (RA1) as classified by the Australian Standard Geographical Classification. To check if you live in a Medicare approved telehealth area, please click here. There is also a requirement for the patient and doctor to be located at least 15km apart at the time of the consultation. Our Patient Support Team can check this prior to the consultation.
We are happy to bulk bill the following patients provided we have a GP referral and the patient has a Medicare card.:
o residents of aged care facilities
o patients of eligible Aboriginal Medical Services
Eastern Melbourne / North Eastern Melbourne residents
For residents of Eastern Melbourne / North Eastern Melbourne, please type in your eligible postcode when promoted for a partner code. You will not be required to insert your credit card details or pay as your consultation will be funded by the Australian Government under the PHN After Hours program. South West Rocks residents
For residents of South West Rocks, NSW, please type in your eligible postcode when prompted for a partner code, to qualify for a discounted rate. Individuals with a GP referral in place will not be required to insert credit card details or pay, as your consultation will be fully funded. Please note, if you do not have a prior GP referral in place, a discounted fee of $100 will apply until the end of January 2019, where after full fees will be applicable.
South West Rocks visitors/ holiday makers
Visitors/ holiday makers to South West Rocks, NSW, will qualify for a discounted rate of $100 per consultation until the end of January 2019, if you are based in South West Rocks at the time of call. Our standard schedule of fees will be applicable from February 2019 and/ or should you phone from any other area within Australia.

Fees – Corporates / RACFs / Schools / Clubs
If you have been provided with a Partner Code, please insert that code when prompted when registering your details through our app. You do not need to insert your credit card details.
