Richard Paoloni – Chief Medical Advisor

Richard is the Chief Medical Advisor for ConnectedMed, coordinating the activities of the FACEMs employed by the company. He is an experienced senior emergency physician, Fellow of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM) and an Associate Professor with the University of Sydney. Richard is currently the Chair of the ACEM Workforce Subcommittee and a member of the ACEM Standards Committee.  Previous roles include the NSW Faculty Chair of ACEM (4 years) and Director of Emergency Medicine at Concord Hospital (12 years). He has a strong interest in streamlining access to emergency care, developing and refining new models of care and promoting high quality service within emergency medicine consultations.

Luke Bunbury – Senior Advisor

Luke Bunbury is a senior advisor to My Emergency Doctor.

Luke graduated from Sydney University with a double major in economics and politics before embarking on a career in financial services. Starting at Citibank, Luke then joined St. George Bank where he held a variety of roles in retail including product management, operations and marketing as well as corporate roles in strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Ultimately he was appointed Group Executive responsible for service and reporting to the Group CEO. From there, Luke joined Challenger Financial Services Group and held similar roles in product, marketing, strategy and M&A in the mortgage business and again reported to the CEO. Luke then left the corporate world and embarked on a startup in the sports & social networking space, PlayUp, where he worked for over 10 years as CEO and Founder.

John Studdert – Senior Advisor

John Studdert is an advisor and investor in My Emergency Doctor.
John brings experience having founded, built and sold an award winning, highly profitable consultancy that grew to have an international footprint. After moving on from the consultancy firm, John went on to run Australia’s largest and most awarded Public Relations firm as CEO and then Chairman.
Now an angel investor, advisor and director of a number of privately owned companies John brings a skill set valuable in helping start, build and exit early stage companies. John’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Education (University of Sydney) and a Master of Business Administration (Macquarie University).
